Casitas Municipal Water District, Lake Casitas Recreation Area hereby declares itself not responsible for and assumes no liability arising from fire, theft, damage to or loss of the vehicle/vessel or any article therein.  Only a license of space is granted and no bailment is created.  By voluntary launching, boater acknowledges they have read and agree to the provisions of the forgoing advisement.
